Here at Amherst Dentistry, we believe that everyone deserves to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile regardless of their financial position. In order to help accomplish this, we offer a wide range of financing options that will meet nearly any budget. We accept a variety of PPO plans, however, we are not participating providers of Medicaid Insurance. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
We are committed to providing the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. Because of this, payment for services is due at the time of service unless we have made prior arrangements.
Financing with Care Credit
If you are interested in financing your dental treatment instead of paying upfront, we accept third-party financing through CareCredit. CareCredit provides patients with many choices for financing. An application for CareCredit can be found at their website, or you can pick up an application from our office during your visit.
Smilemaker Membership Plans
Enjoy preventive dental care with one low yearly fee — no insurance required.
Prophy Plan (Standard Preventive Care)
Includes:
- Two (2) cleanings per year
- Two (2) doctor exams per year
- Annual cavity detection X-rays
- 20% off all restorative treatment
Periodontal Maintenance Plan
For patients diagnosed with periodontal disease (must have completed prior scaling and root planing)
Includes:
- Three (3) periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- Two (2) doctor exams per year
- Annual cavity detection X-rays
- 20% off all restorative treatment
All treatment must be performed at Amherst Dentistry. Cannot be combined with other insurance. Plan is non-transferable.
